MANDATORY MONDAY: E.T.'s Adventure
Okay, so whenever I try to describe our upcoming record and the feel we’re going for, the best analogy I can come up with is “an amusement park ride.” Not like a rollercoaster though…more like E.T.’s Adventure!!! So in light of Mandatory Mondays becoming the weekly segment where we post up things for you to consume in preparation for the new record, voila. The Universal Studios ride that blew my 9-year-old mind like few other experiences have. I think a part of me stayed in E.T.’s home planet (even though he called me “Richard” during the thank you’s because he couldn’t pronounce “Adriel”), and as a loyal citizen, I have devoted myself to creating the national interplanetary anthem. The name? iB4the1.
And just in case a visit to E.T.’s planet isn’t bizarre enough, the video’s from the Universal Studios in Japan. Raw like sushi!
