wednesday word: bahumbug!
this one is for a few friends. seeing as I’ve gone so far off original wednesday word intent with ukulele genius, i figured it would be best to close the month, year and decade with an appropriately themed word from the one and only jsmooth. indeed, the iLLhouse (particularly ada’s room) being vandalized, sirclock and i not being able to go home this season, rent looking iffy at best, and humans trying to function in below freezing undoubtedly tests the resiliency of holiday cheer. not to say bahumbug…i just mean sometimes you gotta say fucks it. that’s why we got a christmas tr…excuse me…a holiday tree. check it…
…with handcrafted, housemade ornaments and a single string of popcorn i strung myself. feeble “sap”, probably. but today’s word is for ada, 5k and anyone else feeling a/lone/ly in their disdain for virtuous sentimentality. put a shot of jamie in that hot cocoa, and know drinking in isolation doesn’t mean you’re drinking alone. shake the holidays, find the happy…it’s gonna be a new year!!!!!!
