"Still Bill" shows that a legend never Withers away

That’s right, for those of you still following me even though I haven’t written a poem since before Arrested Development was canceled, you’ll always have me here to turn the names of all your music heroes’ names into verbs. Man I’m so hungry I could ELLINGTON a horse right now!
Anyway, the above trailer belongs to Still Bill, which captures Bill Withers‘ inescapable humility, natural talent, and his very reasonable amount of drive. The man has quotables for days, and it’s extremely grounding to hear about “the life” from a musical genius who has made an impact, but who hasn’t met a tragic demise and/or been filmed by his daughter while drunk in a hotel bathroom (don’t tell me David Hasselhoff isn’t a musical genius!!)
