FUTURE OF THE FUNK: The Misa Digital Guitar makes E.T. look like a sucka
There was a time when all I was useful for was watching E.T.. I played my video until the tape got all tangled, and then I bought a new one (or my mom bought a new one…I was 4, WTF!). How does he get his finger to glow like that???? I asked myself, trying to allocate all my might towards creating a glowing healing thingie on my index. After about 15 minutes, I’d resort to just picking my eye crud (it’s eczema, and once again I was 4!)
Anyway, I’ve continued to be impressed well into my adult years…until NOW. The Misa Digital Guitar is something I want for our show SOOOOO BAD!!! I don’t even know if I’d know how to play it, but who cares! Just call it avant garde and everyone will go gaga over it (no shots). MIDI controlled and based on Linux (meaning that it’s Open Source!). You can program your own noises and get all your digits to glow when you play, digit? Hella tight. Fuck you, Elliott (he didn’t take very good care of E.T. anyway).
