CRAZY MUSICAL EXPLOSION IN MY LIFE!!! MC K~Swift is a New Yorker.  To the core.  Born and raised.  A night out in the town with him is like chasing the White Rabbit through Wonderland, except he’s not not white, and not a rabbit, and Wonderland is more like the Lower East Side.  But alas, I am very late on this important date of posting this album up.  I’ve been meaning to for the longest time, and now on this bus to DC there’s no better record I can imagine listening to right now.  Crossing borders in all regards, Swift is an amazing writer, fierce with his message, and consistently pushing new sounds.  As you may know by now, something like that is right up my alley.

His new album The Proper Gander is sick.  An incredible balance of his innovative use of grime music and his roots as one of the youngest and most active members of the Universal Zulu Nation.
