Back in November the prediction was made that Erykah was going to beat Jill in the dance-off at Devil’s Pie.  Well, in the end we learned that the real winners were the people who attended and had a great time!  Okay, that was incredibly canned and corny…UNLIKE THE FREE DOWNLOAD OF THE MIX AVAILABLE HERE!!!!!!

This Thursday you can push up the fader pump the meter shake the tweeter in SF as good ol’ Mr. DJ Phatrick returns to the Bay for the bi-weekly Devil’s Pie a.k.a. the hottest music lounge on this side of the universe!  This time he presents Erykah vs. Jill, a one-on-one, womano-a-womano intergalactic earfreak with two of our generation’s most influential soul singers.  So whether you’re living your life like it’s golden or waiting for that next lifetime (maybe you’ll be butterflies), this is the place to park that ass on Thursday.

Well, it’s finally happening, people. DJ Phatrick is going Hollywood–literally. So you mean this cold ass summer wasn’t enough to convince you to stay in the Bay, huh? Yeah, we see how it is. You know what, fine. Go ahead to LA and enjoy your season-appropriate weather, sellout.

Oh, we’ll miss you Phatty, and it’s so hard to say goodbye to yesterday. But luckily, it won’t be difficult to say hello to Thursday and Friday nights, where good ol’ Phatty will turn the beat around a couple more times before heading down south. And ooooh look, Adriel’s roommate mai-lei partners up with Phatty at Devil’s Pie!

Man…don’t you wish both of these events were free? Oh shit! They are!
